Management Team

Cameron M. Todd - Chief Executive Officer

Cameron Todd has over 30 years of experience in all areas of the oil and gas industry. Mr. Todd joined the Company in April 2011 bringing extensive experience in many of the managerial facets of production, refining and marketing both in Western Canada and internationally. Previously, Mr. Todd served as Senior Vice President, Operations, Refining and Marketing from 2009 to 2011 and as Vice President, Refining and Marketing from 2006 to 2009 at Connacher Oil and Gas Limited, a TSX-listed company engaged in oil sands exploration and production in the Athabasca region. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Todd served as Vice President, Marketing and Vice President, Business Development for Pioneer Natural Resources, a U.S.-based independent oil and natural gas company. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Todd was Manager, Business Development at Chauvco Resources, which followed a 14 year career at Amoco Canada Resources in Calgary. Mr. Todd is a past director of the Petroleum Joint Venture Association and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum and he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.


 

 

D. Glen Snarr, CA - President, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

 

Glen Snarr is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1987 while working with Deloitte, concentrating on mergers & acquisitions, public company auditing and reporting. In 1994, Mr. Snarr moved to the oil and gas industry and since has been involved in a number of companies in senior financial management roles. He joined the Company in August 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and in October 2005 also assumed the role of President. Mr. Snarr received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Regina.



 

Barclay E. Cuthbert, B.Sc, MBA - Vice President, Operations

Barclay Cuthbert has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working with oil companies and oilfield services companies in Canada, Russia and the Middle East. Mr. Cuthbert worked with LUKoil Overseas to develop international exploration and production operations, focusing principally on projects in Latin America including analysis of several heavy oil deposits in the region. Prior to that, Mr. Cuthbert managed the western partners' interest in a production chemical joint venture with LUKoil in Western Siberia. He joined US Oil Sands in August 2005 as Vice President, Operations. Mr. Cuthbert received his Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and his Bachelors of Science (Chemistry), with distinction, from the University of Calgary.



Tim J. Wall, P.Eng - Vice President, Engineering

Tim Wall has over 30 years of energy industry project engineering and senior project management experience. Prior to joining US Oil Sands in May 2006 as Vice President, Engineering, he was a senior project manager with a major oil company in Calgary, where he was responsible for geophysical and geotechnical field investigations and infrastructure planning for a $10 billion oil sands mine/bitumen production operation in the Athabasca Oil Sands region of northern Alberta. Mr. Wall's experience in conventional oil and gas production includes a senior management position with a major pipeline construction firm and numerous senior project management and engineering positions involved with oil and gas pipelines, gas plant construction, refinery operations and maintenance and the construction of open pit coal mines. Mr. Wall received his Bachelors of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta.
